THE IMPACT OF PAYMENTS WITH DEBTORS AND CREDITORS ON THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of the influence of the effective management of Payables and receivables on financial condition of the enterprise, its financial stability. The author of this article indicates a range of challenges to be addressed with a view to improving the management of receivables in the Organization, and also offers a set of measures for the enforcement of company commitments aimed at establishing an effective financial policies of the organization. According to the results of the analysis, the author of this article finds that the accounts receivable of the enterprise must be greater than or equal to short-term credits and loans. Only in this case we can talk about a satisfactory financial condition of the company.
