Abstract
In this article, the process of interaction of a preservative on the microflora of grass in a roll during storage is considered. The created program for the MathCAD system is described for calculating the model calculation of the interaction of a preservative and microflora. The results of the dynamics of the interaction between a preservative and a harmful microflora in the layers of grass in a roll are presented.
