Abstract
Teacher of music performance class, practicing in its work the principles of humanism and democracy, is building its relationships with students through dialogue, not authoritarian order and coercion. For a teacher with a capital letter chaptersness of the object in the work is not so much a piece of music, how the individual learner and the problems of its artistic development. Therefore, the development of professional and individual personal qualities of students, priority should be given exactly creative methods of communication.
