Abstract
Tannins are biologically active compounds with a broad spectrum of pharmacological action.
The aim of the study was a quantitative determination of the content of tannins in aqueous extracts of different types of vegetable raw materials yasnotkovyh family. We used spectrophotometric method definition-of the total content of tannins in terms of gallic acid.
