Abstract
This article is devoted to questions of innovative development of enterprises through the implementation and change management. Discusses the problem of low application of innovation enterprises as well as the principles of managing the change process. The process of finding and solving problems in the organization of the proposed model, allowing the user to find an effective approach to the management of the organization through changes in business processes, techniques and skills of the employees.
