Abstract
Each organization (the company) is committed to the development of strategies to achieve the desired results to improve the company's development in the exact time. When making important management decisions difficult to assess the information provided on the status of the resource personnel company as the successful implementation of the plans is largely dependent on how well the manager knows his staff, which is his command, as far as the high level of his team, the level of professional competence of experts, if properly built process of personnel work organization (enterprise), and whether you can expect to achieve the set goals within the specified time period.
The system of evaluation of the effectiveness of management staff of the organization (company) in the first place need to regularly receive information about the level of staff competence. Information that we can get in the evaluation of the employee greatly help in further work with the talent pool, employee career management, motivation, training and staff development.
