Abstract
This article deals with the issues of Kaizen sessions at the company. We consider the difference of the traditional approach to the management of the company and an approach based on the principles of Kaizen. The description of the stages of the technology of preparation and carrying out of the five-day session Kaizen in a manufacturing enterprise.
