Abstract
In this article functional and organizational aspects of Sovereign Wealth Funds assets management are reviewed: functional and organizational elements of management are described, the main principles and international standards of management and disclosure of information on Sovereign Funds activities are exposed, possible investment strategies of Sovereign Funds are examined, world practices of management efficiency assessment criteria are studied. Russian specifics of Sovereign Funds management are analyzed.
