Abstract
One of the main characteristics of the tree is the diameter at a height of 1.3 m. This figure allows to calculate the cross-sectional area and tree planting stock. However, when measuring the diameter should be borne in mind that it is not a regular geometric figure. For the measurement of individual trees, with high-precision studies, this form stem abnormality may produce significant error. The purpose of this study - to determine how different the number of trees of a particular form of the size category trees. Thus, we can determine where the focus irregularly shaped trees and take this into account when measuring the diameter.
