Abstract
In modern society, there was a decline of sense of justice of citizens who have lost confidence in the government and law enforcement agencies, resulting in strengthened in the minds of the population of legal nihilism. The article deals with ways to solve this problem in order to avoid negative tendencies in the Russian state.
