Abstract
The article is devoted to problems of realization of principles of criminal law in practice, which are both objective and subjective. The authors identified problems are grouped into four main groups. It is established that the elimination of these problems is possible only through close cooperation of the legislator, law enforcer and the scientific community. It shows the importance of the principles of criminal law in the fight against crime.
