Abstract
Currently, the consumer every day becomes selective when choosing a potential property to buy or rent. In addition, people often cannot understand, for whatever reason, increased or decreased value of the object. This article discusses the pricing of the residential real estate market in the city of Yekaterinburg. The aim of the study is to identify the structure of pricing real estate market. This article will be of interest to employees of municipalities, realtors, students and teachers.
