Abstract
The paper presents the current challenges for the labor of graduates of the market related to the introduction of new qualifications assessment and professional standards. The main idea of the article is that the current lack of modern transformation is that the educational and professional societies do not work together in the framework of the reform of the education system to meet the requirements of the new qualification assessment system.
