Abstract
The article defines the concept of "diagnostic analysis" as a means of identifying problems, improve the efficiency of the organization and formation of the personnel policy. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of subsystems of personnel management system. Proposed the introduction of a specialist for diagnostic analysis, reviewed its quality and potential functions.
