Abstract
This article provides an overview and analysis of the reviews of the book "Alien Sky" N.S. Gumilyov, published in 1912 year. This study was aimed to identify the different perspectives on the creative development of the poet belonging to his contemporaries: the literary critic, poet. This topic is relevant in connection with the increased interest in the work of N.S. Gumilyov.
