This article discusses the problem of the influence of marketing on the development of public catering enterprises. Was also highlighted the problems of marketing research and how to address them. Were studied such marketing policy. How to use marketing policy to increase the reputation of the company to attract and retain new customers. The role of creating the image of the enterprise and how it will affect customer loyalty.
