SOCIAL PROTECTION OF MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES IN RUSSIA AND PROBLEMS OF ITS REALIZATION

Abstract
This article describes the social protection of municipal employees in Russia and problems of its implementation. The author concludes that the process of improving conditions of service in local authorities of Russia is impossible without the formation of effective structures of social protection of municipal employees.
