RESULTS OF RESEARCH OF PROCESSES OF FORMATION OF STATE-PUBLIC MANAGEMENT EDUCATION SECTOR IN RUSSIA

Abstract
The article reflects the very pertinent issue of development of modern education: the implementation of the public administration. In the course of the study authors, it was revealed consistently low at the moment, the participation of parents in management was a positive trend value judgments of representatives of the parent community, which involves the increase in the number of parents that recognize the need for consolidation of efforts of the state and society on the development of the modern education system. Based on the results obtained, the authors concluded: the process of establishing the principles of state-public management of education should be based in the following analytical framework: information – activities of the public administration – the building of relations of social partnership.
