Abstract
Today Pension Fund deficit theme of the pension system in Russia and the problems could not be relevant. The government gained the obligations that are difficult to perform in times of crisis for the country, besides all greatly complicates a number of unresolved problems in the pension system. FIU budget is almost half of the transfers of the federal budget, with the help of input state is trying to reduce the burden of reform, but to no avail. Save the current trend could lead to the collapse of the pension system, so the pension system needs to change to address the existing problems.
