Abstract
This article is devoted to such social problems as dysfunctional families, and their impact on the development of social orphanhood and deviant behavior among children. This paper presents the effects of the negative impact of dysfunctional families, the statistical data on the number of children exposed to deviant behavior and children who are in the status of orphans, as well as a list of actions to address these problems in the Primorsky Territory.
