Abstract
This paper focuses on the modelling of administrative business process of the Department on work with graduate students. The constructed models allow to demonstrate the logic of the process execution, the participants, the routes of movement of documents, and to perform analysis time consuming. Also presents a model of business processes after the proposed optimization.
