Abstract
The authors consider the current state of the adaptive physical culture in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Byelorussia. Analyzes statistical data on the area of adaptive physical training, are indicators that illustrate the level of involvement of people with disabilities in the sphere of physical culture and sports. The analysis of achievement of the targets in this sector in these countries. The authors propose a methodology for the development of adaptive physical training in children's homes for children with disabilities.
