Abstract
In recent years, in the Republic of Tatarstan has accumulated a number of serious problems that do not allow to fully achieve the desired quality of the environment and ensure the protection of natural resources to achieve sustainable use and reproduction.
In Russia, one of the points of the implementation of a new growth model, involving intensive use of new technologies in the industry, is the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster.
The aim of the concept is the creation of the best in the Russian innovation and production center (Naberezhnye Chelny, Republic of Tatarstan), the development of high-tech clusters with a view to developing long-term development model, which effectively transform the industrial and technological potential in the high quality of life.
