Abstract
The transformation of the company into a full-fledged participant in the securities market of the public is realized through an IPO process. Entering the market can significantly increase the financial capacity of the company, but can lead to significant losses. This article through the prism of the Russian and foreign stock market practice, based on the data of PJSC "Rosneft" examines changes in key financial indicators of the company after the IPO.
