Abstract
In article definitions of the term "image" are generalized and general characteristics of image of the organization from the point of view of sociology are removed. The author compares the concepts "image" and "reputation". Features of work with image and reputation in the conditions of a small country town are explained. The author proves relevance of research of image and reputation of the construction organizations.
