AbstractThe article deals with the organization of the automated information system and information technology in the enterprise. These processes have a direct impact on changing the organizational structure of the organization demand change management work, the establishment of new units, training of specialists, the transition to new forms of production relations. Information technology involves the improvement of the organizational structure of the enterprise, including the delegation of authority to heads of departments, concentration of efforts to achieve similar functions, the redistribution of functions across levels of management personnel, etc.
