Abstract
We analyzed some principles of criminal jurisdiction US on the Internet. The common way, when a conflict of different national laws arises, is that an American lawyers account for space only physical infrastructure of Internet. It means that the place where the cybercrime was committed must locate only in the US. However, we found that other researchers offer wider use of universal jurisdiction in American law. But this is not a common view.
