Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of labor potential of key staff – sales consultants telecommunications company. For example, the conducted research shows that multiple impacts on the student worker in a short time allows him to transfer a large amount of theoretical material and provide the possibility of application in practice. Different forms of learning contribute to attracting the interest of employees to learn, on the one hand, and obtaining potential financial resources of the company.
