Abstract
The paper discusses one of the most important problems is the problem of social environment, its influence on the personality and cultural processes in General. It is shown that the social environment is a complex system of factors, influencing on the formation of personality, her preferences, and behavior. In turn, influencing the person, the environment itself is undergoing its creative impact, i.e. is observed relationship and mutual dependence.
