Abstract
The article deals with modern methods of staff motivation on the example of foreign countries. Also a comparison of systems of motivation of foreign companies with domestic enterprises and modern methods of personnel motivation. Peculiarities of application of modern foreign methods of motivation and stimulation of personnel in Russian companies.
