Abstract
This article describes the features of the modern project management. Project management consists in bringing the project to its logical conclusion through the organization and management of people, time, resources. Each project contains the distinctive features that make it uniquely. Currently, the market offers a significant number of generic software packages for personal computers to automate the functions of planning and control of the timetable of work.
