Abstract
This article describes how the use of simulation to optimize and improve the efficiency of IT departments in the field of restoration of access to the Internet in the workplace users. To do this, it is described in detail a business process to address the loss of the Internet in the workplace user, adopted in the IT department. Based on the analysis units created simulation model work really reflects the current state of affairs. The examples use a simulation model to test hypotheses proposed to improve the efficiency of IT departments. Based on the work report of the simulation model, select the optimal way to transform IT departments.
