Abstract
The matters of the State anti-narcotic policy are mainly oriented to normative-legal regulation and organization of activity in the sphere of rehabilitation and resocialization of people who illegally take drugs or psychotropic substances. Topicality of the second and third prophylaxes of drug addiction is justified, but nowadays it’s important to pay special attention to primary prophylaxis. We need to form a high level of legal awareness and work out narcotic immunity in the growing generation of the Russians from the very childhood – in a family, pre-school establishments, schools, colleges and higher educational establishments. Now in the system of the Russian education there is a need to check not only the level of preschoolers, junior and senior pupils, entrants and students’ knowledge but also to discover their level of legal awareness.
