Abstract
This article is devoted to the review of the main problems of economic and administrative character at machine-building enterprises. In article the role of branch of mechanical engineering is specified in national economy and development of other allied industries. Decrease in demand for domestic machine-building production, obsolescence of fixed assets is distinguished from the main actual problems, and consequently decline in production, maintainability of equipment. Also among economic problems – the big size of accounts payable, low investment and innovative activity, a lack of financing. As the decision above the specified problems attraction of additional investments and increase in financing of branch of mechanical engineering can serve.
