Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of individual psychological characteristics of persons convicted of corruption-related crimes (former employees of internal Affairs bodies). A comparative analysis of the content of psycho-diagnostics based California psychological questionnaire among regulatory, police and corrupt officials have allowed to identify a number of statistically significant differences on such scales as «responsibility», «generality», «quality police», «internality – external host», «normativity – delinquency». On the basis of indicators was developed a regression model for predicting the degree of sustainability of anti-corruption behavior of employees of the state traffic Inspectorate carried out its verification.
