Abstract
The article is devoted to increasing stress and reduce the level of stress of personnel of manufacturing enterprises. The article examines the main sources of stress in the workplace and the main stress factors of the production sphere. The research of professional stress level of employees of industrial enterprises before and after the use of stress management techniques and increase resistance to stress.
