Abstract
Well-being in the professional sphere is a prerequisite for a person's own satisfaction with life in general. The article discusses the descriptive model of professional well-being from the standpoint of its application to the analysis of the formation the person of a professional. Subjective well-being of the man is connected with his health - physical and mental. Professional human health is considered as factor well-being in the professional sphere. Occupational Health provides aptitude ability to work and a positive self-perception of man. Personal and ethical health of the professional provides the value and meaning of his professional work and constructive system of relations in a professional environment. There is a connection the professional well-being and professional adaptation. Subjective an indicator well-being is satisfaction a specialist of the work, and the objective indicator - efficiency of labor. Consider professional destruction in the form of mobbing, of professional marginalization and pseudo-professionalism.
