Abstract
The Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the main legal act regulating property and personal non-property relations between citizens and legal persons. Civil law changes is an important process, reflecting the changes in social relations. The article describes important amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, introduced in 2016.
