Abstract
The article analyzes the approaches and methods of motivation of effective activity of workers. Businesses that use a system of incentives, should receive a return in the form of higher incomes, effective employment of workers, and increasing credibility in the market. But in order for the system to function successfully, innovative approaches are needed and how to effectively motivate staff performance.
