Abstract
The article discusses the requirements for candidates to work with confidential information and to the candidates for a position in the information security service. Actuality of this theme at the present time, the definition of trade secret, considered the complexity of the problem of information security, presented the argument for admission of the employee associated with the possession of confidential information. You can see a number of preparatory phases that allow to have a precise idea about what specialist and what qualifications are needed for this position, what it should have moral, personal and professional qualities.
