Abstract
This article discusses the issues of legal regulation of awards to employees for anniversaries. The author analyzes the legal nature of these phenomena, ways of fixing these payments in the internal documents of the company, as well as issues of taxation and taxation of insurance premiums. The author provides recommendations on the regulation of such awards in the corporate regulations.
