Abstract
Statistically significant teleconnections of interannual changes of summary dominance periods in Northern hemisphere of elementary circulation mechanisms, corresponding to Meridional South and North groups, with mean sea surface temperatures of Atlantic ocean are shown. Such relations can be seen for the processes averaged by the year or any month.
