Abstract
In this article discusses the necessity and intellectualization of information and organizational processes in the management of socio-economic systems, and the need for the construction and implementation of the theory, methods and systems of artificial intelligence (AI) and intelligent decision support technology. We describe the goals and objectives that are put before the AI theory, basic subsystems included in the AI system. The basic principles of fuzzy intelligent systems support management decision-making.
