Abstract
Productivity growth is important in the development of human society, especially in the context of intensification of production, which is important at this stage of development. In this regard, this article discusses the basic definition of the concept of productivity. It noted the special role of productivity in the enterprise management. The paper outlines key indicators and factors affecting the level of labor productivity. The possible ways of increasing the index of efficiency of work at the enterprise.
