Abstract
It was determined that the food in the structure of non-core departments of industrial organizations are inefficient, as confirmed by the evaluation activity placemat PJSC Irkutskenergo. To achieve profitability canteens proposed to use the individual factors of efficiency of work of employees depending on the profitability of the division and influencing the premium part of the salary Fund of its employees. The proposed system of awarding allows you to increase the ROI of the activity table and can be used in catering at other industrial enterprises.
