Abstract
The author of the socio-economic development of Russia is considered in the region – Republic of Bashkortostan. Subjected to consideration of essence of the state policy of regional development. The author has studied the main factors influencing the effectiveness of regional development policies. The results are Analyzed, measures of regulation in the framework of the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable economic development and social stability.
