Abstract
The authors conducted a critical analysis of the Federal Law of 06.07.2016 number 374-FZ. The paper substantiates the conclusion that the restrictions imposed by the disparity of the constitutional human rights the objectives that are declared by law, and the expected positive effects. As the shortcomings of the law the authors note: arbitrary restrictions of constitutional rights, the redundancy of the information received, the negative impact on the economic well-being of individuals and the country as a whole.
