Abstract
Systematic modern methodical approaches to financial analysis, defines the most important directions of its implementation. In accordance with the chosen approach investigated practical aspects of the implementation of financial analysis by diagnosing the liquidity, financial stability, profitability and business activity of PJSC "NC "Rosneft" as the leader of the Russian oil industry.
