ANALYSIS OF THE TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCES OF THE LIGHTING CHARACTERISTICS OF LIGHT-EMITTING DIODES

Abstract
This paper discusses the temperature influence on the lighting parameters of light-emitting diodes that differ by design and color range of the radiation. To obtain the light and color characteristics is used an optical spectrometer, and for their analysis a specialized software. The temperature dependence was obtained for a relatively small range near room temperature, in which light-emitting diodes are most commonly used.
