Abstract
In article the methodical system forming at students of the main school of concepts about dangerous and emergency situations of natural nature is provided. Methodical level of system unites the target, substantial, procedural, technological and reflexive and estimative components reflecting all process of interaction of the teacher and trainees from training goal setting to the analysis of its results. The purpose of system proves need of forming at pupils of concepts about dangerous and emergency situations of natural nature as integral condition of development of culture of health and safety. Experienced and experimental work confirmed successful implementation of the developed methodical system based on a basis of technology of development of critical thinking.
